I'm so glad my last post is of my card swap card made using Simply Gorjuss' "Bluebird's Proposal" rubber stamp. Looks like I'll have to post more card pictures! :)

Not exactly traditional for New Year's, but I have a weakness for Almond Cookies

The invention of typing correction fluid is credited to the mother of former Monkee Mike Nesmith. She named the product Liquid Paper, and in 1979 she sold the rights to the Gillette Company for millions.

Just a bit of useless information I found interesting. Is it any wonder then, that he never did a reunion with the rest of the Monkees?

New layout...being sent off to MardiArt for sample. Sorry the lighting is so bad on this pic and it's a little crooked. I've really got to make a new light box that will fit 12x12 layouts. Yeesh!

Playing with felt again. What a fun media to work with. Now that I've finished this, I have no idea what to do with it. It's too large and too dimensional for a card.

Sedentary Saturday!

I finally had a Saturday that I could stay in and play at my messy desk(s). With the exception of a Graduation party Saturday evening, I was able to spend the whole day playing with paper and wire.

I finished the wire basket...all in sterling by the way...booku bucks for just sitting around looking pretty...so I am posting a picture of the final product.

I also finally got to work on thank you cards for all the wunnerful peeps who gave me presents. This project was tops on the list...I'm almost two months late! Aargh!

Then I got to make some samples for MardiArt over in Hilo using BoBunny's Forever Fall papers. Here's some pics:
